In spring 2026, we open on Calle de Serrano in Salamanca, bringing Florentine’s Italian spirit to one of the city’s most exclusive addresses. Think confident atmosphere, strong flavours, cocktails with character and a rooftop setting made for long days and late nights.

Florentine Madrid is about presence. We believe great hospitality is created through energy, timing, details and people who care about what they do.

We are now building our opening team and looking for individuals who enjoy a fast paced environment, take pride in their craft and want to be part of shaping something from day one.
